POLICY NOTE: We realize the following information is extensive but it does proved legal protection for our buyers and ourselves. We make every effort to be honest and fair in our dealings on eBay. Our Integrity and reputation are important to us, so if you are making a purchase from us for the first time please read the following.

1ST TIME EBAYER POLICY: (registered eBay user for 30 days or less and 1st timers) We welcome new eBay users and love having them visit and make purchases with us, but it is imperative that you read and agree to the following policies. FEEDBACK POLICY: If you bid on this auction you may not leave negative feedback unless you have given us the opportunity to resolve your concerns. PLEASE give us a chance to correct problems that you may encounter with your eBay items BEFORE leaving negative feedback. Our desire is to please every customer.
PRODUCT INSPECTION OR INFORMATION: Please let us know if we can provide any additional information on a item we have up for auction such as specifications, photos, or testing of the product that would help in your decision making process. Also, you or your representative are welcome to visit are facility Here in Aurora Colorado and inspect any item we have up for auction before making a bid.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Buyer pays Actual Shipping Costs Plus Packaging & Handling fee to US lower 48. Insurance is included in UPS shipments.

Shipments will be made to verified addresses only.

Items over 140 lbs. (or 120 if a pallet is required) require freight shipment. All shipping and packaging IS the responsibility of the buyer. We will assist with packaging in any way we can. If you have your own shipper or would like to do your own research, we would be glad to help in any way we can. For shipping estimates we use www.freightquote.com You can contact our account rep. directly ( BJ Martin - at: 800-323-5441 X1567).

Products that are delicate and/or heavy are double boxed for safe shipping.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If a package is damaged, the carrier will refund shipping charges.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT POLICY: If there is damage to your product, upon receipt of shipment you will need to notify us immediately. You must keep all packaging materials on hand for claim inspection by the shipper. A claim will then be filed with the carrier and reimbursement made through that claim. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the reimbursement from the shipper.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS POLICY: Please email for shipping quote before bidding. We cannot be responsible for items shipped internationally. USPS does not provide tracking numbers, and once the package leaves the U.S., there is no way to track it. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ACCEPT ALL RISK FOR SHIPPING.  All international buyers need to pay with certified or wired funds or money orders. Unfortunately we cannot accept PayPal payments from international buyers at this time.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
• MARSHALL MERCHANDISING has a 30-Day Guarantee on the item unless it is stated to be sold AS-IS.
• 30-Day Guarantee: We will issue a refund if an item is broken, defective, or not as described in the auction. If there is a problem please contact us within 30 days after you have received your items. After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse any refund. Product serial number and ID marks must match before refunds can be made. (see special note below)
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Please supply us with the order number and reason for the return. Please wait for further instructions after you have contacted us. We will then supply you with a RMA number and shipping instructions.
• All returns require a RMA number and the item must be returned to us promptly.
Special Note: We record serial numbers and put identification marks on all products to prevent product switching.

PAYMENT POLICY: You must contact us within 48 hours after the end of the auction. MARSHALLS MERCHANDISING accepts PayPal. You may also pay with Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check, Bank Draft or Wired Funds ( Funds will need to clear the issuing bank before shipment can be made ). Please allow 10 Days for Personal or Business Checks to clear. Payment must be received by the 7th calendar day from the auction end date.

All international buyers need to pay with certified or wired funds or money orders. Unfortunately we cannot accept PayPal payments from international buyers at this time.
