Our site staff will design, coordinate and
direct your event. While at the event they will
oversee and participate with all contracted
vendors. They will also monitor your needs and
follow through with your requests. |

Local Affairs will contract with a licensed,
professional caterer, that has been established
as providing exceptional foods beautifully
presented, and demonstrate a congenial approach
to your guests as they are being served. |

Promotion
We will prepare custom created full color
invitations approved by management and a full
color lobby display. The invitations are
designed to cordially invite and entice your
guests to participate in this special event. The
look and the wording of the invitation will
communicate your desire to include each
participant in this appreciation event. |

Decorations
We will create a festive atmosphere for your
event using table decorations, balloons, table
center pieces, set designs, arrangements,
lighting and decor providing a distinctive
ambiance particular to this theme for your
guests. |

Entertainment
We will select impressively skilled performers
and or musicians from a wide variety of talent
to match your event theme that will create a
mood for celebrating. |

Responsibility
Local Affairs will assume all responsibility for
the above categories. As accepted by client In
addition, Local Affairs will set up, conduct,
tear down, and clean up the event. Local Affairs
assumes legal responsibility for contracted
workers and for the care of the client's
property and will supply a certificate for
insurance to client. |
