Local Affairs has been providing tenant relation services for building owners and property managers for over 15 years. We offer services in the areas of tenant appreciation events, building grand openings, anniversary celebrations, renovations, commemorations, tenant renewal gifts and gift baskets. Our services are available throughout Colorado, Arizona and Utah.

From the simple to the elaborate we can provide all the ingredients for a successful and fun event including; invitations, entertainment, catering services, theme decor & props, games, contests and gifting. Local Affairs provides relief from time demanding tasks of creating planning and organizing tenant events. Our objective is for you to be a guest at your own party.

You can utilize our services in two ways. The first is completely turn- key, where local Affairs takes an event from conception to completion. The second way is to retain our services for one or several components of an event, such as providing decorations or entertainment. 

We would be delighted to put together some sample proposals for your coming summer and/or holiday events. Budgets are an ongoing process, and we know they take an enormous amount of your time. Property managers often ask us to create proposals for the coming years calendared events to include in their next fiscal year budget projections.
