prepare custom created full color invitations approved by management and a full
color lobby display. The invitations are designed to cordially invite and entice
your guests to participate in this special event. The look and the wording of
the invitation will communicate your desire to include each participant in this
appreciation event.

We will
create a festive atmosphere for your event using table decorations, balloons,
table center pieces, set designs, arrangements, lighting and decor providing a
distinctive ambiance particular to this theme for your guests.

talent to match your event theme that will create a mood for celebrating.

will assume all responsibility for the above categories. As accepted by client
In addition, Local Affairs will set up, conduct, tear down, and clean up the
event. Local Affairs assumes legal responsibility for contracted workers and for
the care of the client's property and will supply a certificate for insurance to
